Resolve "section edit links after saving an edited section"

This also fixes rendering of the wiki after the update which I broken in f5b13098. That commit made it render into the section instead of replacing the full wiki. Since it still rendered the full wiki section duplicates showed up.

We still need to rerender the full wiki in order for changes to the table of contents to take place but also in case we entirely remove a section and so on.
