Ui updates: notification on app start and enabling pop-up on left click

th requested to merge th/bitmask-vpn:app-notification-on-start-and-left-click-action into main

This mr partial addresses #367

  • systray menu should respond to left-click too

Also after reading #370 I decided to check if this can be done by using notification messages. It's really common when systray app just show some notification after app start. Let me know what you think. I can divide this mr if nedded.
