fixes for first qt windows libraries release

several windows fixes are needed. I think it's enough to keep a list here to reference from beta testing.

based on testing so far, these are blockers:

• make sure the right flags are passed so that no .cmd windows is shown
• create application shortcut (from qt installer).
• patron number shows in upper-left window
• systray menu should respond to left-click too
