Keep orientation metadata

matiargs requested to merge matiargs/mat2:keep-orientation-metadata into master

This pr solves this issue #196

I have to make two changes to get this working:

  • First I added the Orientation metadata to the meta_allowlist in each parser, for JPEG and TIFF.
  • Second I added the call to the Pixbuf library to keep the original file orientation.
