Processing an image changes the orientation

Hi, thanks for this tool, is amazing.

I'm running mat2 on a folder with several images, I'm processing only images, and for some of them the orientation is changed after removing the metadata. All the images are .jgp

I've tried running the lightweight mode only on those files and the result was the same, the file was rotated 90 degrees.

Is this some expected functionality? Is there a way to disable it? Thanks!
