Resolve "History does not show the author of a change but the owner of the page (if the owner is a user)"
requested to merge 138-history-does-not-show-the-author-of-a-change-but-the-owner-of-the-page-if-the-owner-is-a-user into master
before all page content changes were attributed to the owner of the page
Show group name in history if full_name is not available (was blank before)
