Update logo

I did some Icon work to get it more in line with the gnome design guidelines.

Use color palette an size according to https://developer.gnome.org/hig/stable/icon-design.html.en

Aw, this is amazing

I'm ok with not adding the sketch nor keep the original icon, what do you think?

Sure, I've dropped the sketch as well as the original version. They are available in the the git history if anyone is looking for them.

Last detail before I merged: can you run optipng -strip all -i 0 -o 9 mat2.png on the png?

Not removing the metadata in an icon for an app to remove the metadata is kind of awkward :D
