MS Office XML attribute ordering may leak information about what tool was used to create it

in XML, the order of the attributes shouldn't be meaningful. However, i've noticed that MS Office sorts attributes for a given XML tag differently than LibreOffice.

I think that mat2 should do a lexicographical sort on attributes for each xml tag, for normalization.
