Having all the possible spells makes magic very 'knowable'.  Moving some
spells into a secluded area gives the Judge some toys the players won't
be familiar with.

This also helps cut the page-count down, as it removes a full three
pages.

This needs to be outside of the appendix, so metabind does not
print two indeces.

This book already contains the rules.  A glossary explanation is
redundant.

To turn this into a core-rules only project, everything which will
eventualy reach other books has been removed.

The example story has also been removed. The tone no longer fits BIND.
