[+][FCB][WIP] Rely on DB for resolving file-trees

+ Arch is broken atm, it's just for the sake of POC.
+ If the dto is found on DB, it should be fetched from there. Otherwise, rely on the good old IPFS.
+ Cold starts will still be as bad, but any update on a big member will be much MUCH more efficient
