**Iteration Zero:** Set up the tech stack. Initialize the code project. Demonstrate a message successfully sent from the command line to two Admin phones

**Iteration One:** Set up a real Rapid Response group, with 2 admins (Kyle& Austin) and 2 basic users (Ravi & Sara). * Demonstrate a working channel subscription flow

### What User Sees
- Intro message when channel is joined
- Channel name, ID, and type
- Messages in the channel
- Info about admin(s)
### What User Does
- Joins a channel after receiving invite
- Nicknames the dispatch number so they can refer or recall it quickly
- Reads special notifications (TBD)
- Sends commands to dispatch: help, leave channel
### What Admin Sees
- Everything the user sees
- A list of group members
- Group status and basic info
### What Admin Does
- Sets the intro message
- Sends commands to dispatch: check status, set intro message, set disappear time, rename group, kick out a member, destroy group
- Approve/deny joiner request (technically these are commands too)
