[hf] specify how to respond in invitee notification

Mari requested to merge hf-disambiguate-accept-message into main

Thanks to user feedback, we discovered that when someone is invited to a channel, they receive both a message from Signalboost and Signal's native Accept button for message requests.

This commit tries to make it more explicit to the user that they need to send "ACCEPT" in a message in order to subscribe to the channel.
