[hf] temporarily change FQDNs again

  • problem: LE is still somehow borked and trying to re-register domains from scratch every time we boot, resulting in rate limit errors after 5 restarts
  • pending a deeper fix of the problem, we simply move subdomains for all major services again to be able to continue restarting for a bit...
