Resolve "syadamin can retrieve list of channels from cli" (#49)

Closes #49 (closed)

With this, the sysadmin can retrieve a list of all deployed channels, sorted by number of messages sent on the channel.

Also introduces some refactors to how displaying phone number lists are presented.
