[hotfix] rollback to pre-mr-merge version of signald

• we tried matching signald at head of master and got crashes and NotFoundExceptions all over the place
• this rolls back to the first commit before introducing those changes:
  • REPO_URL "https://0xacab.org/team-friendo/signald-fork.git"
  • BRANCH "master"
  • COMMIT_HASH "6c2d9e63d38a2a3731445fd97641cd9a4d0e528c"
• and creates a new version tag for our signald container:
  • LABEL verson="1.0.5"
