[hotfix] persist logs for 2 weeks

  • context: we are having more outages than normal while signald is acting up
  • fix: let's hold onto logs for an extra week (for now) so we can have longer to investigate the cause of outages after putting out the fire

sadly: i meant to merge this last friday to retain logs from our big 8/3 outage, but forgot to. oh well. hopefully this will help us moving forward! :)
