Resolve "include name of channel in admin welcome message"

Adds the channel name to the welcome message for Admins. I think @aguestuser noted there was something that made this more challenging than is seemed but I didn't find any blockers so unless I've missed something on the edge it seems fine and simple.

I also tried to do a little cleanup of lint errors I've been seeing for awhile, but had been out of scope of my changes, so i was ignoring and ran --fix.
