[hotfix] remove nextcloud reference in check-availability

• the check-availability script was copied from one i oribinally wrote to for use in deploying a self-hosted nextcloud instance
• it therefore refers to "checking if nextcloud instance is available.." which is very confusing!
• this PR eliminates that confusion!
