issue 121 to remove the count of admins and the sharing of admins phone numbers when added

Closes #121 (closed) - but before you do...as i'm removing the admin phone number and count from the INFO and ADD i wonder if this is the right choice.

Looking through the commands there are a few other times an Admin's number needs to be exposed to other Admins in this messages code, including the re-add of them based on their change of verification. I wonder if this is more of an edge case and that knowing who has admin on your channel is essential? How can you remove someone if someone was added and is now spamming your channel?

i'm sorry i keep defaulting to abuse cases but the problem with anonymity is often lack of consequences for abusers. Thoughts?
