make ansible tooling reusable in external ansible toolchains

Thank you for building signalboost. I think, it's a neat idea, that you're trying to make installation as easy as possible. But if you already have an ansible repository (like me), integrating your setup isn't easy, because you include a lot of general purpose tasks.

Would you be open to me splitting the actual signalboost tasks into a specific playbook? Or potentially a reusable role?

For starters, I think we need to split provision.yml into a general purpose file and one specific to signalboost dependencies.
