* add a mounted relative volume to the db image for
  importing/exporting backup files
* new host ip in env vars
* correct the ansible install script path
* fix typo in `COMMIT_HASH` env var in signald dockerfile
* just call `docker-compose` direclty in `deploy.yml` (workaround some
  sort of python 2 bug)
