Menu - Hamburguesa y X

• Confirm this is swappable in CMS to a different graphic (we will likely use the worm for Issue 03). If we cannot change this in Sutty CMS, at least allow this to be swapped in code.
• Make the size of the hamburger menu and X smaller, if this is the default style.
• The X shifts a little when menu is open.

Dicen que está todo bien con este issue, excepto que la X del menú sí se mueve bastante en mobile todavía "X shifts when menu is open, in mobile"
