Add Context support to the wkd Discover API

alerequested to merge
ale/wkd:if-i-had-a-context into main

This is necessary to deal with misbehaving LDAP servers, network errors, and other unexpected situations without falling over.

The change requires Context support in go-openpgp-wkd.
