Fix QP-encoding-problem.

Certain character-sequences were not properly re-encoded after re-assigning the body after scanning the decoded body-lines for keywords. By deleting the Content-Transfer-Encoding we leave the choice to Mail how to re-encode, which apparently works more reliable.
