CI: Debian gbp: drop useless (and wrong) lintian opts

Actually, my intention was to disable running lintian, and to leave this to a later CI job. It seems there is no option if just using the defaults. Actually, my code let lintian fail early due to the "no-lintian" option being unknown. :)
