Ruby-Bindings for Sequoia

@sssggr @paz I am working on ruby-bindings for the openpgp library sequoia and i just uploaded the current state of the ruby bindings for sequoia at:

https://gitlab.com/dorle/sequoia-ruby-ffi

Maybe you could check it out and use it as a starting point for a discussion about the interface to openpgp. On which layer of abstraction do you want to use openpgp? Which features do you need and which features do you wish for? What is akward to use now and how would it be better to use?

I would like to use the discussion to decide in which direction i am going to work further on the bindings :)
