Documentation related to x-subscribe commands via email needs updating

As discussed in Issue #322 (schleuder#322 (closed)), the documentation for the x-subscribe command needs to be updated to include the admin & delivery_enabled options that need to be provided in order for a proper subscription request to be processed.
