Collected changed for v5 and more

paz requested to merge release-5.0 into main

This is a collection of changes initially targeting changes of Schleuder v5.0, then modified so they work with v4, too. But for some reason they nonetheless weren't merged yet.

In a way it is fitting to merge this in coordination with Schleuder v5.0 because two breaking changes are contained:

  • It is now mandatory to the the SECRET_KEY_BASE environment variable for 'production'. 16efe191
  • Replace asset pipeline with static files. If you did local changes to the asset pipeline, you have to adopt your changes. ab56e590
