Standalone Samizdat UI

We need a standalone Samizdat UI, such that after including the samizdat.js file a small icon would appear somewhere (top-right corner?) on the website, and upon clicking, a more complete UI would be visible with information on plugins used, resources fetched, all that jazz.

UI would need to be different depending on whether or not the user is expected to be an admin, too.
