Data Cleaning

This Merge Request will:

• Fix spelling mistakes
• Switch from including ", " in each author field to including it in the post creation function.(
• Standardize names
• Fix the dozens of Mao records which had the title in the Author field
• Add empty fields to the rows which were missing fields. These will need to be filled, or the post creator will create weird looking posts.
