Fix CI

  • Fix run push only when variable $WEBDAV_PASSWORD is set
  • Delete test stage in favor of build (they do the same)
  • Run build also when MR
  • Fix go version to high (not sure why but provably the docker hugo image uses a lower version of go than the specified on the go.mod)
