openpgp2ssh fails to match against fully-specified fingerprints with leading 0 bytes
ssh://eagle.mayfirst.org has a fingerprint of: 00151965F8300FFC91A663A6D49920617F85EB2E
monkeysphere ssh-proxycommand passes the full fingerprint to openpgp2ssh, which uses internal fingerprint mechanisms to match the relevant key.
however, the internal fingerprint mechanisms produce the fingerprint as "151965F8300FFC91A663A6D49920617F85EB2E" because the leading 0 byte is implicit.
since we're matching fingerprints as hex strings, they don't match, which makes it so you can't use monkeysphere to connect to eagle.mayfirst.org :(
This will be a problem for one key out of 256 that have a leading zero byte.
