create native ssh fingerprint functionality (avoid depending on ssh-keygen for ssh-style fingerprint calculation)
currently, we do some absurd shenanigans to get an ssh-style fingerprint out of a key (putting it in a separate file, then running @ssh-keygen -l -f@ on that file). it would be nicer to be able to just calculate the fingerprint directly, which shouldn't actually be terribly hard to do from keytrans. This would make it a little bit easier for things like @monkeysphere-host@ to avoid an unseemly dependency on @openssh-client@.
