m-h should default to not check the trustdb
As far as I can tell, the monkeysphere-host set of subcommands doesn't ever need an up-to-date trustdb, because it doesn't ever do any authentication. Because this is true, it seems like the trustdb, and its slow and bizarre operations are totally irrelevant for that particular keyring.
Based on the above, which should be verified, I think that placing 'no-check-trustdb' in host/gpg.conf probably is worth doing for the savings in time and removing of odd messages that admins would see about calculating trust metrics.
