add sshfprs-for-userid; deprecate sshfpr
Currently the monkeysphere sshfpr function outputs the ssh fingerprint of the key specified with the supplied key ID. However, users might usually supply the key id of their primary key, which may not be the key used for ssh (ie. not the "encryption" key). sshfpr should probably have smarter defaults to output the fingerprint of the same key that would be exported with the subkey-to-ssh-agent command. This would reduce confusion about looking at the output of "sshfpr $GPGID" and "ssh-add -l".
