Fixed #29: restore old macro and rename new one
Re-define the macro to match the old signature. As a bonus, defined the new macro too but with a different name, so that can be used in the future.
Builds and works with dovecot 2.3.19 (Debian Stable). Please check whether this also works with your earlier dovecot version.
