Private networks/groups on dashboard: hide by default or use css to identify private elements

On the dashboard (/me page), private groups or networks are indistiguishable from public ones. I suggest to hide private groups by default, and have a button (maybe just a "+" or something more meaningful) near the "Groups" label that would toggle show/hide for private groups.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
