fix: libre office to use uniq UserInstallation

Workaround found on https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=37531 allows to run conversion even if other instance of lo is already running.

We use a subdirectory of our work_directory so it will be cleaned up with it.
