creation of backupninja.conf.d to customize parameter of backupninja.conf

To customize a parameter of backupninja.conf without touching the packaged backupninja.conf I implemented a conf.d. The second reason is to not miss changes in the backupninja.conf.

The new param is named "config_d_directory" and set to @CFGDIR@/backupninja.conf.d
