Ticket reply, client side validation
In the ticket detail view, I can click in 'Post Reply' even if the text area is empty. I think that we should have some client validation for this so we don't do a request unless there is something to send.
Maybe left the 'Post Reply' button disabled until some text is entered or we can change the borders of the text area to red if post is clicked and no text is there.
