Other than changing the blobs storage path on server side, other commits in this MR will:

standardize the services tokens file (using /etc/soledad/services.tokens)
change the home directory of the soledad and soledad-admin users to /var/lib/soledad
update documentation on authentication.
update server config file documentation.
