Disable benchmarks

Benchmarks post results to elasticsearch, but the TLS certificates of
https://benchmarks.leap.se and https://moose.leap.se are currently
expired. Automated LetsEncrypt certificate renewal must be configured
before benchmarks can be enabled again.
