deb: generic system tray icon with LXQt

In both Lubuntu 19.04+ and Debian Testing with LXQt, the system tray icon is a generic fallback icon. This means that the state, which the icon is supposed to show, is not clear unless you click on the icon to pull up the menu that shows the state at the top. True with standard and beta.
