Bug: jessie apt keys stable/experimental/staging

The apt sources lines for people using more experimental software was wrong, we abolished the 'experimental' repository some time ago and develoment happens now in the master branch.

@kwadronaut This only relates those issues, not mark them as will-be-fixed-by-this-mr. Pls use Resolves: or any other wording that gitlab recognizes as fixing a particular issue.

What's the state of this ? I did not take part of your discussion, so I', interested in the outcome.

@varac its ready to be merged. kwadronaut can't get to it until thursday, i haven't had a chance to yet either
