API changes / Android integration

These API changes are gomobile compatible and allow the integration of the hopping client into Android. Furthermore I did some minor clean ups to reduce code duplication if the hopping client gets integrated as a lib in general.

Restructuring the project wrt. its package structure was necessary in order to build the client as part of https://0xacab.org/leap/android_libs/bitmaskcore.
