Set Cache-Control header to instruct clients not to cache response

on lilypad side we are using global proxy settings on the below link, we can skip caching by setting the header no-store https://0xacab.org/leap/container-platform/lilypad/-/blob/main/float/roles/float-infra-nginx/templates/config/conf.d/proxy.conf?ref_type=heads#L22-28
