Missing environment variables

The README states:

So, to pass the equivalent of --port, you'd pass MENSHEN_PORT.

for exact that example the bindings are missing though in the code. Also the binding for --verbose is missing.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
