setup review app

micah requested to merge setup-reviewapp into master

This will setup a review app for every merge request, allowing you to try the site with the changes proposed in the MR. Have a look for the URL in the MR for the review app, and click on it!

Once you merge the MR, it will kill the environment that is running the site automatically.
