[pkg] Configure systemd to auto-restart.
We often have issues with deamons that are no longer running and, therefore, break our environments. When this happens, we can spend a lot of time trying to find out what went wrong. This merge request is an suggestion for how LEAP can help users eliminate that cost by restarting deamons with systemd.
