move to leap namespace

cyberta requested to merge leap_namespace into main

many files referenced packages of the atanarjuat namespace instead of the leap namespace, even though we migrated the project into the leap namespace. This MR fixes these references. It's built on top of !2 (merged) which needs to be merged first.
